Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • All orders are covered up to £300 insurance for peace of mind.

Packaging

  • Each product is securely packaged with protective foam and double-walled boxes to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

  • We recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days in case a return is needed.

Delays & Issues

  • While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, courier issues, or peak periods.

Damaged or Faulty Items
