Returns

  • You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Photos of the damage may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because each stand is made with natural hardwood tops, variations in grain, colour, and pattern are to be expected. These natural differences are not considered defects and are part of the unique character of your product.

  • Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
